Trauma Recovery | Complicated Grief | Life Transitions & Identity | Relationships

I help people navigate some of life’s most painful, complicated, and isolating seasons—when the ground feels unsteady and moving forward feels impossible. Many of my clients come to me carrying the weight of trauma, the deep ache of complicated grief, or the exhaustion of navigating major life changes. Some have experienced loss that others don’t understand or validate, while others are leaders, helpers, or caregivers who feel burned out from always being the strong one.

I also work with individuals struggling in their relationships—those feeling disconnected, often triggered by their partner, or questioning if their needs will ever be met. Some are considering separation or divorce, while others simply want more connection, safety, and fulfillment in their partnerships.

My practice also supports clients who are navigating identity and belonging in profound ways—immigrants or expats adjusting to a new country and trying to integrate into unfamiliar communities, as well as those questioning aspects of their identity, whether related to sexuality, cultural identity, or shifts in the life they want to live. These transitions can feel disorienting, and together we explore ways to reclaim your sense of self and create alignment with your values.

My approach is strengths-based, culturally aware, and action-oriented. I believe healing is most powerful when we work with both mind and body—building practical skills that reduce symptoms while also creating space for deep emotional processing. Whether we are working through a single, life-altering event or the slow accumulation of stress and loss over time, I help clients move from merely surviving to living with more clarity, resilience, and self-trust.

Therapy with me is collaborative, intentional, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate proven methods like EMDR, somatic awareness, and Lite-CBT, and harm reduction strategies, while also focusing on restoring your sense of control, connection, and meaning. Together, we’ll work toward sustainable change—so you’re not just coping, but feeling more grounded, confident, and aligned in your life.

If you’re ready to explore your story, release what’s been holding you back, and create a path toward growth, I’d be honored to walk that journey with you.
