Therapy can help us better understand ourselves, deepen our connection with loved ones, and build a life that we enjoy. I specialize in working with women who are experiencing challenging life transitions, recovering from a traumatic events, difficult or intense emotions, or feel stuck in deeply engrained patterns of behavior. Sorting through our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors alone is often overwhelming and confusing. Therapy provides a supportive space for you to process your experiences, identify and shift thoughts and behaviors that are no longer helpful, and take meaningful steps toward a peaceful and more satisfying life.
I will collaborate with you to create a custom treatment plan based on your goals, strengths, and challenges. Some of the evidence-based modalities I use are Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness Based Therapy. Together we will determine what approach is the best fit for you.
Finding a therapist who is the right fit for you can be an overwhelming process. Doing a phone consultation can help you decide whether I'm the right fit for your unique situation and answer any questions that you have about therapy or me as a provider.
