I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience helping people navigate their mental health journeys. I’m passionate about working with individuals, children ages 8–12, and families. Because every person’s story is unique, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to create a plan that feels right for you. I’m trained in EMDR and often incorporate tools from Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support processing and healing.

I know reaching out for support can feel like a big—and sometimes scary—first step. My goal is to offer a brave, compassionate space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as you move through the healing process. Using a person-centered and strengths-based approach, I help you build on what’s already working while addressing the areas you want to grow. Together, we can work through trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, and help you cultivate healthier connections with yourself and others.
