Hello, I’m Tray! I help teens (15+) and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and the unique stress that comes from caregiving or working in high-pressure roles like healthcare, education, public service, or parenting a child with special needs. I also support parents and co-parents in building alignment in parenting a child with challenging behaviors or during challenging transitions such as divorce.

With over 25 years of experience in community mental health, public education, and private practice, I bring both professional expertise and deep personal understanding to my work. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you—drawing from Brainspotting, Somatics, CBT, Mindfulness, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, TF-CBT, DBT, and Collaborative Problem Solving. I’m also culturally competent and experienced in supporting marginalized populations.
