Hello! My name is Kaylee Sturgis (she/her). I was born in Spokane, Washington. I moved to Colorado in order to pursue my Master’s in Social Work (MSW) degree from Metropolitan State University. I have had the privilege of making my passion for supporting others, so that they can support themselves, into a career. I am a therapist who loves supporting neurodivergent adults. I strive to show up with each client whether they are on the Autism Spectrum, live with ADHD, or live with another form of neurodivergence. I love supporting women of all backgrounds. I have professional experience/knowledge within the areas of social emotional learning (SEL), conflict resolution, difficult behaviors, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, mindfulness practice, group therapy, Neurofeedback, and depression.
My style of therapeutic approach incorporates mindfulness, compassion, non-judgement, and authenticity. More personally, some other interests of mine are playing video games, cooking, writing, watching movies, animals, spending time in nature, and spending quality time with friends/family.
You deserve to thrive. I can’t wait to learn more about you and support you in taking charge of your life.
Professionally: I am a Licensed Social worker (LSW.0009924463), and hold a Master’s of Social Work (MSW) from Metropolitan State University. I am also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (CSW.09930599) in the state of Colorado.
