As a Licensed Independent Social Worker, I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating life’s challenges. My therapeutic approach is grounded in building strong, trusting relationships and creating a safe space where clients feel heard, supported, and understood.
I draw from evidence-based practices including Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing to meet clients where they are and help them reach their goals. Each treatment plan is thoughtfully curated to the individual, recognizing that every client’s story and healing journey is unique.
I believe that growth begins with connection, and I place rapport and relationship-building at the forefront of the therapeutic process. Whether supporting a child through big emotions, helping a teen develop coping skills, or guiding a young adult through transitions, my goal is to empower clients to build resilience, self-understanding, and hope for the future.
