Dr. Legge is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who provides individual therapy to adults navigating a variety of life challenges. She specializes in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic illness and pain, grief and loss, and life transitions—including those related to aging. Dr. Legge creates a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard and supported, helping them build confidence, self-compassion, and meaningful change in their lives.
With a strong foundation in both mental and physical health, Dr. Legge brings a holistic understanding to her clinical work. Her background in integrated medical settings—ranging from primary care to neurology—has deepened her appreciation for the complex interaction between stress, physical health, and emotional well-being. She draws from evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Interpersonal Therapy, with a particular emphasis on emotional awareness, self-compassion, and values-based living.
Dr. Legge believes therapy is a collaborative process built on mutual trust and curiosity. In the first few sessions, we work together to identify what you’d like to focus on, and check in regularly to make sure the work stays meaningful and helpful. Whether you're adjusting to a health diagnosis, navigating stress, or just feeling stuck, Dr. Legge is here to help you build resilience, reconnect with your values, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
