Hello, I'm Allie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (MSW) dedicated to supporting you on your journey to well-being. I believe in the power of unconditional positive regard, non-judgment, and a strengths-based focus to develop a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship. My goal is to help you identify and foster your unique strengths to overcome barriers and live the life you want. You are the best expert on yourself, and I'm here to partner with and empower you to discover the answers that will lead to your desired life.
I draw upon a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to your needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Behavioral Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Each approach is chosen to best support your individual journey.
I am particularly passionate about running Adult ADHD Skills Groups, where I create welcoming and supportive environments that adapt to the needs of the members.
When I'm not working, you can find me backstage at local theater companies or enjoying a board game. My dog, Chulo, can be found napping in my Greenwood Village office a few days per week.
