I’ve always had a sincere desire to support and uplift others, especially those that feel alone, ashamed, and misunderstood. It is my hope to empower clients to understand and embrace who they are, strengthen their resilience, and to trust themselves to effectively manage life's challenges.
I work with individual adults and teens seeking support with a variety of issues, including individuals who have endured trauma, those who are struggling with their identity and self worth, and those who need help navigating a new phase in life. I am passionate about providing inclusive, affirming, culturally-informed care. As a biracial woman and a neurodivergent-affirming therapist with lived experience of late-diagnosed ADHD, I bring both professional insight and personal understanding to the therapy space. I recognize how identity, culture, and neurodiversity shape our inner world and relationships, and I strive to create a space where clients feel seen in their full complexity—not pathologized, but understood. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique way of being.
