It is my passion to support individuals on their mental health journey. As human beings, we are complex. I am here to listen and validate experiences and feelings. When working together we will create a safe place, with no judgement. I believe in honesty in all conversations and communications.
I will use cognitive behavioral, narrative and humanistic approaches in session. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for people who have experienced trauma and need additional support working through those experiences.
Therapy can be hard, any person that is brave enough to start or continue their mental health journey is a rockstar in my mind.
Not one single human is perfect and that is ok. Our experiences make us unique.
