Honestly, what is life? The world can feel overwhelming and confusing. Whether it be your own internal struggles, chaos in your daily life, or an existential dread that seems to linger, I am honored to sit with you as we sift through the messiness of life.
There is no right way to “human.” I believe we each come with our own internal compass for fulfillment, and I am here to support you in accessing yours. By working together to curiously explore the conditioned patterns and beliefs that keep you stuck, we can begin to weed out those that you inherited (from family, culture, or survival) and nourish those you consciously choose.
My approach to therapy is systems-informed, neuroaffirming, and non-hierarchical. Meaning, you are the expert. I incorporate parts and shadow work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Mindfulness approaches.
If you are grappling with existential, cultural, or identity crises and are searching to explore more fulfilling, life-affirming possibilities, welcome. We’re in it together.
