Many of the people I see are deep thinkers, gifted learners, or creative souls who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, stress, and self-doubt. My approach is collaborative, warm, and down-to-earth. I also value my work with retirees and older adults who are facing major life transitions of their own. Change doesn’t stop with adulthood; it continues throughout the lifespan.
