Hi, I’m Marta! I’ve spent the past 13 years as a therapist walking alongside women as they navigate the messy, beautiful, and sometimes overwhelming parts of life. My focus is on supporting women through big transitions, untangling complicated relationships, and finding steadiness in the face of anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I take a psychodynamic approach, which is a fancy way of saying I care deeply about your story—where you’ve been, how it shaped you, and where you want to go next.
I believe therapy works best when it feels both supportive and human. You can expect warmth, honesty, and probably a little humor in our conversations—because healing doesn’t always have to be heavy, and sometimes laughter is the best proof that we’re making progress.
