If you are searching for a mental health professional, you likely are hoping for change. Change in your feelings, change in your thoughts, change in your behaviors, change in your sleep, change in your choices, change in your relationships, change in how you view yourself and the world around you. My goal is to support you to make these changes. If you are struggling with insomnia, anxiety, depression, attention deficit disorder, relationship issues, parenting problems, life transitions, trauma, identity issues, self-esteem, or coping with the hardships life often brings, I can help.
I am a board certified clinical psychologist who has provided psychological services and education for 20 years. I utilize an integrative model of psychotherapy, using aspects from different treatments depending upon the client, their needs, and their goals. To treat chronic insomnia, I use CBT for Insomnia, a brief, effective, evidence-based approach.
It is often difficult to take the first step to begin psychotherapy. The process may be unfamiliar, you may have many questions, you may have had a bad experience in the past, or you are unsure of the best path. I want to help you decide what choice is best for you. My priority is to get you the assistance you need whether it is from me or another provider.
