Life in music, entertainment, or the creative world can be amazing one minute and completely overwhelming the next. You’re juggling pressure, people, late nights, and maybe way too many group texts. It’s no wonder your brain feels like a browser with 47 tabs open. I work with musicians, performers, crew, and other creative types. I’m also proud to be a referral provider with Backline, a nonprofit that connects music professionals to mental health support. If you need a place to sort things out without explaining your world, you’re in the right spot.
Therapy with me is relaxed, honest, and usually includes a little humor. We talk about what is going on under the surface and find ways to make things feel lighter. You are unique and your therapy should be too. I use a mix science based methods with clients, focusing on what helps. You do not need to have all the answers or be at a breaking point.
