Although I specialize in working with young adults (ages 17-26) and individuals experiencing addiction(s) I have extensive experience with people of all ages, backgrounds, needs, and identities. If you've recognized places in your life that aren't suiting you anymore, and are willing to put in the work, let's make change happen!

I provide no BS therapy. I believe in straightforward talk therapy to assist with mental health needs, substance use issues, and life events/transitions. I feel that compassionate truth - where you will be heard and empathized with while also being asked to face hard truths and do deep internal reflection - allows for the most growth.
