Hi! I’m Becca, Licensed Professional Counselor. I am originally from Connecticut but have lived in the beautiful state of Colorado for 8 years. I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School in 2020. I have experience working with clients struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and family distress, and life transitions. I pull from various therapeutic modalities, including, but not limited to, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.

There are many barriers in and throughout life that prevent us from feeling fully connected to ourselves. Not feeling fulfilled, of having a misleading sense of fulfillment, often leads to conflicts in our lives internally and externally. My role is to help guide you along your healing journey to navigate these barriers to gain more insight into who are and what you value in order to feel more fulfilled in your life.

In our first session I’d love to hear some of your story and what you hope to explore and achieve through your healing journey. I strive to create an environment that allows you to feel safe to be vulnerable. I believe we all have a light inside us to generate change and feel whole. Let me help you find that light.
