Hi I'm Kayle! I have extensive training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Somatic Experiencing, Depth Psychology, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work. I am passionate about supporting people impacted by family and early relational wounding, addiction, emotional overwhelm, and neurodivergence.
My approach is deeply relational and attachment based— real change often happens through experience, not just thought. In our sessions, we focus on the present moment, exploring what’s alive for you through experiential and somatic work. This can help you navigate uncertainty with more confidence and reconnect with your own inner wisdom. Together, we gently notice the patterns that make you feel stuck (i.e any dissociation, stored trauma memory, or limiting beliefs), uncover what you truly need and desire, and offer your nervous system and body a chance to find more ease and balance.
My desire is to provide a safe space and a supportive relationship for you to move toward feeling more at home in your skin, more present in your life, and more authentically connected to the people and world around you.
