Are you yearning for more meaning and fulfillment in your life? Do you feel disconnected from yourself or the world around you? I am here to guide you on your path towards wholeness and belonging through body, mind, heart, and soul. Many of the adults I work with are navigating transition, reclaiming their identity, and seeking deeper alignment with who they truly are. By returning to your inner wisdom, your body, and the natural world, I will help you to remember who you are and your place in the web of life.
I am an attachment and nature-based therapist, drawing from Gestalt therapy, Depth Psychology, mindfulness, nature’s wisdom, embodiment, nervous system regulation, and EMDR. I partner with nature and horses in my work so you can experience regulation, healthy relationship, and the art of slowing down in a non-judgmental and playful environment.
I offer individual and group therapy, in-person therapy in Durango, CO, and online throughout Colorado. If you're ready to do the work and step into a life of greater awareness, belonging, and authenticity, let's connect and see if we’re a good fit.
