Therapy with me isn’t about sitting and talking in circles. You won’t find me just nodding along while you vent. We’ll get curious together, find direction, and practice new ways of being that actually move you forward.
I work with individuals and couples who are ready to get unstuck—people who want to feel more connected, confident, and alive. Our work is creative, body-based, and trauma-informed. We’ll explore what’s holding you back, let go of what no longer serves you, and build the skills and awareness that lead to lasting change.
You can expect sessions that are collaborative, compassionate, and sometimes even playful. I’ll challenge you gently, celebrate your growth, and help you leave each session with clarity, confidence, and something real to practice between sessions.
If you’re ready to stop looping the same stories and start creating new patterns—let’s talk. You deserve to thrive, and I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
