I work with adolescents, young adults and adults who are looking to better understand themselves and create a more meaningful, connected life. I support clients navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity development, and relational challenges. My style is warm, open, and curious, and I strive to create a supportive space where we can explore what matters most to you. Together, we’ll tailor therapy to your unique values, goals, and lived experiences—especially in the areas where you feel stuck or uncertain.

I also work with parents or caregivers of adolescent or young adult children that have recently received a diagnosis of serious mental illness (psychosis, bipolar disorder). I offer individual therapy and family support, psychoeducation on emerging mental health conditions, skill-building and coaching for stress management, tools to strengthen relationships and communication, and guidance for navigating Denver’s mental health system.

I bring over a decade of experience providing therapy that is collaborative, culturally responsive, and tailored to the unique needs of each person. My training is integrative—I draw from psychodynamic, relational, and behavioral approaches to support meaningful and lasting growth.
