Hi, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC), and EMDR-trained therapist with 18 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate some of life’s most difficult moments. Over the years, I’ve worked across a wide range of clinical settings—from inpatient and intensive outpatient programs to private practice—offering me a deep understanding of the complexities of human experience and healing.
I specialize in grief and loss (including infant and pregnancy loss), trauma, infertility, perinatal mood disorders, and addiction (both substance use and behavioral). My work is grounded in the belief that we all have what we need to heal within us. Sometimes, we just need someone to walk alongside us—to help sort through the pain and gently guide us back to ourselves.
You might be feeling lost right now. You may not know how to begin, or even believe that healing is possible. I’ve been there, and I know what it’s like to feel broken. But I also know what it’s like to emerge on the other side—to create a new normal when life has been turned upside down.
In my practice, I work with adolescents, adults, and couples. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma recovery and Panic Control Treatment for anxiety. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to build the life you deserve.
I hold a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Social Work, with a focus on children’s mental health, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I began my career in residential treatment, then spent several years working in the addiction field and community mental health centers. These diverse experiences have deeply shaped the compassionate, client-centered approach I bring to therapy today.
Healing looks different for everyone—but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support you as you pick up the pieces and move toward the life you want. I look forward to being part of your journey.
