My approach to therapy is compassionate, strength-based, and grounded in warmth,
curiosity, and hope. It’s a privilege to walk alongside clients as they uncover the answers that
already live within them and begin to trust their own wisdom and resilience. I believe strongly
in the power of relationships—even when they feel confusing, painful, or stuck—and often
draw from both past and present connections to help create deeper understanding and
lasting change. With over fifteen years in private practice, I blend insights from psychological
and family systems theories, always adapting my approach to fit each person’s unique story,
personality, and goals.
More than anything, I want therapy to feel like a safe, genuine space where you can show up
fully as yourself—seen, understood, and accepted just as you are. I offer feedback, empathy,
and guidance with honesty and care, and I strive to help you see what’s within your control
and how to take meaningful steps toward the life and relationships you want. I work with
adults and adolescents navigating transitions, relationship challenges, and questions of
identity or direction. Clients often describe me as kind, down to earth, and easy to talk to,
with a gentle sense of humor that helps make even hard conversations feel a little lighter.
Feel free to reach out to me for a consultation if you would like to discuss your therapeutic
goals and how I can be of assistance.
