Therapy with me is collaborative and experiential. We’ll slow down and make space for what’s actually happening in the moment — the feelings, sensations, and patterns that arise within and between us. I bring warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for the complexity of being human. My goal isn’t to “fix” you, but to help you reconnect with the wisdom, resilience, and clarity that have always been yours. My goal is to help you feel more authentically, intentionally, and deeply connected. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating relational disconnection, anxiety, complex trauma, attachment wounds, perfectionism, people-pleasing, limerence, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel caught in repetitive cycles — craving closeness but fearing vulnerability, striving for change yet unsure how to trust it. Together, we explore the deeper roots of those patterns and practice new ways of relating — to yourself, to your partner, and to the world around you.
