Life can feel demanding — juggling responsibilities, relationships, and the constant push to keep up. Even when things look fine on the outside, it’s easy to feel disconnected or uncertain on the inside. You might be craving a sense of calm, direction, or simply more space to breathe and be yourself. Counseling offers a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
I’m Kristin Williams, LPC, and for over a decade I’ve partnered with adults and pre-marital couples navigating a wide variety of life seasons. I work with individuals seeking growth through transitions, emotional challenges, identity exploration, and relational shifts. I also enjoy supporting young adults and college students, parents (new, expecting, or seasoned), women navigating mid-life and hormonal shifts, and individuals navigating neurodivergence, career transitions, anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss and more.
In our time together, you can expect:
- A warm, nonjudgmental space where you can bring your story as is
- A collaborative process — we will explore your existing strengths, notice patterns, and build tools that truly fit you
- Integrative approaches — including CBT, ACT, mindfulness work, somatic practices, strengths-based tools, and more
- Practical strategies to increase clarity, reduce overwhelm, strengthen boundaries, and move forward from a place of aligned intention
I believe therapy isn’t about achieving perfection — it’s about coming into deeper alignment with your values, building resilience from insight and self-trust, and living with more ease and depth.
If you’re ready to pause, rediscover what matters, and step into your next chapter with curiosity and courage, I’d be honored to partner with you. Let’s talk about what might feel possible — together.
