That if our past, insecurities, or flaws were fully known, we would lose out on the belonging and connection we crave. In our work together, my goal is to create a space where you don’t have to choose—where you can be fully seen and fully supported, down to your core, without fear of being pushed away. I will help you more fully create the life you want by ‘defining yourself for yourself’- sifting through all the voices around you so that you may more fully find and honor your own. I am formally trained in EMDR, and I have seen the effects that trauma, anxiety, depression and other struggles can have on someone from the youngest kids in school all the way to older adults and believe in the power that this therapy has to transform someone’s life.
