We all have the desire to be 1) fully known and 2) fully loved though oftentimes fear we must choose between the two. That if our past, insecurities, or flaws were fully known, we would lose out on the belonging and connection we crave. In our work together, my goal is to create a space where you don’t have to choose—where you can be fully seen and fully supported, down to your core, without fear of being pushed away. I will help you more fully create the life you want by ‘defining yourself for yourself’- sifting through all the voices around you so that you may more fully find and honor your own. This process remains the task and the gift of a lifetime. If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, hopeless or a loss of sense of control over your mind or body, you’ve come to the right place. I am here to support you, listen to you, and help you find the relief and connection you crave. I am formally trained in EMDR, and I have seen the effects that trauma, anxiety, depression and other struggles can have on someone from the youngest kids in school all the way to older adults and believe in the power that this therapy has to transform someone’s life. I graduated with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois, and I moved to Colorado after completing a post-graduate fellowship in India. Not sure if we are a good fit?
