"In the dung is the gold" (paraphrase of Carl Jung). I'm a former high school teacher, turned therapist, aware of the healing flow of life and of seeming tragedies. Each one of us is given opportunities for transformation at every turn. I've been a lifelong student of my own dreams and attune to the wholeness they're trying to bring. Since becoming a therapist in 2014, I've added sand tray as a tool, as well as EMDR, a life-transforming trauma treatment. I've also been a student--and now a teacher--of the Enneagram, a depth approach to the 9 modes of coping strategies found in our personas.
I'm constantly amazed at how new possibilities are revealed in that magical dynamic that is the therapeutic relationship. Our deepest Self is constantly reaching out with clues for our fullness of living.
