My approach includes blending Eastern and Western somatic modalities with cognitive and transpersonal psychology to bring awareness to your bodily sensations. With a strong focus on mindfulness, this process allows you to become aware of your thoughts, feelings, and sensations and how they manifest in your body. I believe it is important to carefully tailor the needs of each client with a variety of modalities to help the client move towards a more a connected and fulfilling life. Since 2004, I have been working in the field of body-centered therapy gaining experience in a variety of settings. I have completed extensive training in trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, and anxiety disorders.

I enjoy empowering individuals to find meaning and healing within themselves. As a psychologist, yoga teacher and body worker, I weave together a creative process to assist individuals with personal growth and deep knowing. I am passionate about creating a space where clients can safely engage, deepen, and learn about themselves to create an authentic, fulfilling, and joyful life. I have been working in the field of body-centered therapy since 2004, individually and in group settings.

I am a health care provider for victims of crime in the 1st (Jefferson County), 5th (Eagle County), 9th (Pitkin & Garfield Counties), and 18th (Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert, and Lincoln Counties) Judicial Districts of Colorado. If you have been the victim of a crime, please let me know, as Crime Victims Compensation may award therapy sessions to you at no cost.
