If you've spent years reading the room before you read yourself, you're not alone. Maybe you learned early to keep the peace, smooth things over, or say "I'm fine" long after you stopped meaning it. That habit may have kept you safe once. Now it might be why you feel exhausted, unseen, or unsure what you actually want.
I work with people who are used to shrinking themselves to stay agreeable — at work, at home, in relationships — and who are ready to find out what it feels like to take up space instead. I also work with anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, grief, and major life transitions.
My approach is relational, warm, and paced to what you can actually handle — not a script. We won't just talk about your patterns; we'll notice them together, in real time, including the ones that show up between us. That's often where the real shift happens: learning you can disagree, ask for something, or take up space, and the relationship still holds.
Sessions are telehealth, so you can do this work from a space that already feels safe. You don't have to keep performing here. You can exist without earning it. Reach out, and let's find out what's actually true for you.
