Many of my clients are grieving, processing trauma, exploring LGBTQIA+ identity or confronting relational challenges. You may be navigating intense emotions, feeling disconnected from yourself or others or trying to shift patterns that no longer feel aligned. My work is queer affirming, feminist and collaborative. Together, we’ll focus on increasing authenticity, expanding self compassion and cultivating a greater sense of agency over your life’s direction. Therapy with me is warm, low pressure and grounded in your autonomy. You don’t have to show up a certain way. We’ll work with what’s present at a pace that feels sustainable.
My approach blends IFS, somatic therapy, ketamine‑assisted therapy and relational‑cultural therapy. We’ll explore protective and wounded parts, how your body expresses emotion and the relational contexts of your life. The focus is clarity, connection and agency at a pace that works for you.
I believe it's never too late to come home to yourself whether you've lived through trauma, loss or other forms of harm and heartbreak. You deserve support that meets you where you are, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate what's unfolding in your life.
