Has experience with anxiety, a depressed mood, trauma, trying to be perfect, or problematic behaviors been negatively impacting the relationship towards others and yourself? And, does it feel like that no matter what you have tried to do, to fix the difficulties you have encountered, they seem to never truly resolve and they just keep coming back? It can feel extremely frustrating and defeating. I am here to help identify, and enable, a treatment experience that is tailored towards your needs, to help change the relationship you have with difficult experiences and reconnect with what is most important to you in your life.

I am here to work as a team and to get introspective, to help you learn how to get comfortable with the uncomfortable and process challenges related to trauma/complex trauma, so that you can take active steps towards your values and goals. I am also here to support partners who love someone struggling with trauma or mental illness.
Life can be greatly challenging and overwhelming, at times, and the mind can attach itself to negatively pretty easily. In turn, I enjoy working with clients to explore ways of that bring empowerment, freedom, and flexibility from the adversities that both life and the mind can present in their lives. Let's work together to find serenity and meaning!
