Becky Guido, LPC is a licensed professional counselor based in Denver, Colorado, serving clients in both Colorado and Texas. Becky began her career in mental health in 2006, working with young adults on the autism spectrum. Her passion for supporting others’ emotional and personal growth led her to pursue a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, which she completed in 2014. Since then, she has practiced in both Texas and Colorado and is also a Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider.
Becky describes herself as an eclectic therapist who tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs. She integrates a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Reality Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Humanistic Therapy.
Becky specializes in working with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Anxiety, PTSD, Veterans, perinatal mental health, LGBTQA+ clients, ethically non-monogamous/polyamorous, religious trauma, and Conversion Disorder/Functional Neurological Disorder (FND). Her work often focuses on helping clients develop self-awareness, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen coping strategies for life’s challenges.
Becky has extensive experience supporting diverse clients—from trauma survivors and individuals managing chronic mental health conditions to those seeking to enhance their overall well-being. She also works with clients navigating major life transitions, such as career changes or personal growth journeys, helping them build resilience, confidence, and self-compassion along the way.
