At Spring Mountain Counseling, you’ll receive care directly from me — a licensed psychologist with a doctoral degree and years of specialized experience supporting people through life’s hardest moments. I offer highly personalized, evidence-based therapy in a safe, compassionate environment.

I believe that each of us have our own inner wisdom and part of my job is to empower clients to get in touch with theirs.
