Therapy works best when you feel truly seen, heard, and safe with the person sitting across from you. Healing begins in relationship, with others, and most importantly, with yourself. I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely at ease, a comfort that comes from my openness, honesty, and willingness to admit when I do not have all the answers. Humility and transparency foster trust. My approach is collaborative, grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect for your unique story. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental environment where we can explore the patterns that shape your experience and begin to shift them with intention and care.
Drawing from cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and narrative strategies, I integrate a trauma-informed lens with somatic exploration and mindfulness practices to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, regulate emotions, and build resilience. A central focus of my work is helping clients discover and harness their inner power, the part of themselves that is capable, wise, and whole. Together, we examine and challenge the limiting beliefs and internal narratives that often hold people back, such as “I can’t” or “I’m not good enough.” By rewriting these stories, clients begin to experience greater self-compassion, clarity, and freedom. I guide individuals toward a grounded sense of self-worth, a deep inner knowing that they are already whole, already worthy, and do not need to be fixed. I also support clients in plant medicine preparation and integration, helping them process insights and experiences with care, grounding, and intention.
I work with a wide range of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, relationship challenges, men’s issues, and identity exploration. Whether you're seeking clarity, relief, or transformation, I welcome the opportunity to support your journey. If you have questions about my training, approach, or how we might work together, I invite you to reach out.
