Hello! I'm Ashley, a licensed psychotherapist based in Denver, providing both in-person and virtual sessions for adults across Colorado and Idaho. My work centers on helping people navigate trauma, burnout, relationship dynamics, and questions of meaning or direction in life.
My therapeutic approach blends ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), EMDR, and somatic-based methods with a strengths-focused, action-oriented foundation. I see therapy as both insight-building and embodied. Sometimes it’s about understanding your patterns through words, and other times it’s about letting your body help guide the healing process.
I value authenticity, curiosity, and the courage to question societal expectations that may have pulled you away from what feels true for you. Clients often describe me as grounded and direct, someone who brings compassion while also helping you take meaningful steps toward change.
My office is located in Denver’s City Park West neighborhood, and I offer virtual therapy throughout Colorado (insurance and self-pay) and Idaho (self-pay). My general availability is Tuesday through Thursday midday, with KAP sessions typically held on Mondays and Wednesdays.
