Hi! I’m Jennifer. I believe that conscious awareness, resilience, a touch of magic, and a generous dose of humor can pave the way to a profoundly meaningful life. This philosophy underpins my approach to all aspects of my work. I integrate my clinical expertise with somatic awareness, conscious breathwork, and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy to facilitate transformative, client-centered healing experiences. My practice is infused with a sense of spirituality and joy, allowing me to create a nurturing environment for my clients as they embark on their healing journeys.
I am especially called to walk with those at the threshold of life and death. To accompany the dying, the terminally ill, and their loved ones is a profound honor. End of life is not only a medical passage but also a spiritual one, filled with mystery, grief, beauty, and transformation. Through ritual, storytelling, and practices that open the heart, we bring forth what has been unsaid and unremembered, so that life feels complete, and death can be met with more peace. In this space, we honor the life that has been lived and the love that continues beyond it.
What if your symptoms were not simply problems to fix, but sacred messengers—guides pointing you toward a deeper truth about who you are? What if therapy was not only about easing suffering, but about shifting the very way you see yourself and your life? I believe healing begins when we change the lens—when we see not only the struggle, but also the miracle shimmering underneath it.
For those facing the end of life, I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy as a gentle and sacred ally. Ketamine has the unique ability to soften fear, expand awareness, and allow for a deeper embrace of both life and death. It can help you release what weighs heavily, touch moments of transcendence, and experience the profound truth that even in dying, there is wonder. Used with care and intention, it becomes a doorway to healing not only for the one who is passing, but for their loved ones who carry the story forward.
Grief, too, is welcomed here. It is not a problem to solve, but a sacred tide—sometimes crashing, sometimes still—reminding us of the depth of love. For caregivers and mourners, I provide counsel that helps you move with these tides, finding moments of grounding and connection even in the vastness of loss.
For those seeking transformation in other realms of life, I offer pathways that reach beyond conventional talk therapy. Trauma Integration Protocol™ helps recalibrate the nervous system, where old wounds often live beyond words, making space for safety and vitality to return. Conscious Connected Breathwork opens access to the mystical within—a psychedelic-like journey through the breath itself, where the divine can be felt directly. And for those who walk with psychedelics, I offer sacred preparation and integration, ensuring that what is revealed—whether blissful or difficult—can be woven into the fabric of daily life with meaning and care.
This work is for those who long for depth—for healing that does not just reduce symptoms, but awakens awe, presence, and love. It is for those ready to step into the mystery, whether at the beginning of a new chapter, in the heart of grief, or at the sacred threshold of life’s end. Together, we remember that every breath, every loss, and every moment of living and dying is part of the miracle.
