I help high-achieving, over-thinking adults and parents to work through anxiety, ADHD, and isolation by reconnecting with your emotional needs so you can approach your days with clarity, presence and self-compassion. You might be feeling like you're barely holding it together. Maybe losing sleep, struggling to meet expectations or sensing a loss of control. If you are autistic, have ADHD, or identify as neurodivergent, or have children with these neurotypes, your daily worry and overstimulation is very real.
Perhaps you feel misunderstood or disconnected from the people around you. Or maybe you're feeling unfulfilled, battling a fear of failure, procrastinating more than usual, and finding it hard to stay focused at work. If you're a parent, you may be caught in a constant loop of self-doubt, wondering whether you're doing too much or not enough, and worrying about your child(ren)'s future. Whatever you're facing, you're not alone. I'm here to support you.
If any of this resonates, others have walked this path too and you don’t have to keep carrying it all by yourself. I offer a compassionate space where we can uncover what’s happening beneath the surface and work together to help you reconnect with your true self. When you're ready, reach out. I'm here to support you.
