I believe every person carries a story worth honoring and that meaningful change is possible, even when life feels overwhelming, painful, or stuck. Being human is messy, complicated, and sometimes incredibly hard, but it is also marked by resilience, growth, and the capacity to heal. My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you through the difficult parts, help you make sense of what feels overwhelming, and support you in creating a life that feels more grounded, connected, and authentic. I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and respect for your values, strengths, culture, and lived experiences.

For the past 17 years, I have worked alongside individuals, couples, and families navigating life's challenges and transitions. My style is collaborative, interactive, and down-to-earth. I offer direct but caring feedback, bring humor and honesty into the room, and use evidence-based approaches to help clients create meaningful and lasting change. Whether you are struggling with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity questions, or the unique stressors that arise during the teen and young adult years, my goal is to create a space where you feel understood, empowered, and supported.

I work with adolescents, adults, couples of all configurations, first responders, and families in all their beautifully varied forms. My practice is LGBTQIA2S+ affirming, sex-positive, and welcoming of diverse relationship structures, sexualities, and gender identities. I also offer Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and integration services for clients seeking deeper healing, expanded self-understanding, and transformative growth.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that you deserve a place where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, pretense, or the need to shrink parts of yourself to fit in. It is a privilege to be invited into people's lives during their most vulnerable and transformative moments, and I remain deeply grateful for the trust my clients place in me every day.
