I believe every person carries a story worth honoring, and that no one is too broken, too complicated, or too lost to find healing. Being human can be messy and confusing, but it can also be resilient and deeply meaningful. My role as a therapist is to walk with you through the hard parts, help you make sense of what feels overwhelming, and support you in creating a life that feels more grounded and authentic. I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and respect for your values, strengths, culture, and lived experiences.
With 17 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families, my style is collaborative, interactive, and down-to-earth. I offer direct but caring feedback, bring humor and honesty into the room, and use evidence-based tools to help you move toward real and sustainable change. Whether you are navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, identity questions, or behavioral challenges in the teen and young adult years, I strive to create a space where you feel understood, empowered, and genuinely supported.
I work with individuals ages 12 to 120, young adults, first responders, couples of all configurations, and families in all their beautifully varied forms. My practice is LGBTQIA2S+ affirming, sex-positive, and welcoming of diverse relationship structures, sexualities, and gender expressions. I also offer Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy for clients seeking deeper healing and integrative work.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that you deserve a place where you can show up exactly as you are without judgment, without pretense, and without needing to shrink parts of yourself to fit in. It is a privilege to be invited into people’s lives during their most vulnerable and transformative moments, and I am grateful every day for the trust clients place in me.
