You have to be creative to navigate the twists and turns in life! As a professional counselor and art therapist, I'll help you harness your creativity to enhance coping skills and adapt to life's ever-changing course. I specialize in working with anxiety, trauma, ADHD, caregiver stress, perfectionism, grief and loss, and chronic/terminal illness. The modalities I enjoy using and have seen the most transformation through are Creative Arts Therapies, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, and other dynamic approaches that tap into your inner wisdom. The creative process is accessible to everyone and is fundamental to finding hope and healing. I work with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. I look forward to working with you!
