Do you ever feel like old wounds are quietly shaping your present? Are your relationships stuck in the same frustration patterns? What if you had a safe space to explore the "why" behind your reactions? I offer a warm, supportive space where clients can explore the patterns, emotions, and relationships that shape their lives by helping people gain insight into their emotional experiences, attachment patterns & relationships. I take an integrative approach, blending modalities to meet each client's unique needs. I also include animal-assisted therapy with my dog, Sookie who has been certified as a therapy dog.
I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), a trauma-informed approach that supports healing from past experiences that continue to impact present-day life & I utilize principles from IFS (Internal Family Systems), EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) & Attachment-Based Therapy.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and I aim to meet each client with curiosity, compassion, and respect for their unique story. Whether you're navigating a life transition, recovering from relational wounds, or looking to strengthen your sense of self, you are welcome here!
