As a woman who has built a healthy relationship with food and my body, maintained sobriety for over a decade, created a new life after divorce, and navigated major life transitions, I know firsthand how powerful and life-changing it can be to have the right support. A skilled, compassionate professional can make all the difference when life feels overwhelming.

Supporting others on their journey to healing and growth is more than my work. It’s my life’s purpose.

I hold a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology. I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a Wellcoaches Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. I completed training as an End-of-Life Doula through the Conscious Dying Institute’s Sacred Passage program and am trained in Reiki healing.

With a diverse background in mental health, wellness, and holistic healing, I take an integrative approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to support meaningful, lasting change in a way that is personalized and empowering.
