Mental health struggles, whether brought on by chemical imbalances or situational hardships, can be one of the most isolating experiences a human being can face. Therefore, it is essential that we all have access to safe and empathetic individuals who can meet us during these vulnerable moments and guide us back to a place of stability.
My ultimate goal as a therapist is to help clients recognize that they are much more capable and resilient than they think, and that they can develop tools to better navigate any hardships they should encounter throughout their life.
