BECAUSE HEALING HAPPENS IN CONNECTION—NOT ISOLATION.
Whether you’re healing from addiction, recovering from trauma, or trying to rebuild your relationship, change begins when we feel safe, seen, and supported.
My goal is to help you get grounded, build emotional resilience, and rediscover your capacity for joy and connection.
A BIT MORE ABOUT ME
I know what it means to juggle family, purpose, and ambition—especially when life gets messy. I bring my full humanity to this work: warmth, honesty, humor, and a deep respect for your story.
I’m a person first, then a wife and a mother. Being a therapist is the only work that’s ever made sense to me—but that doesn’t mean it’s easy to always walk the walk. I do my best and keep learning along the way. Doing my own therapeutic work is essential to my ability to show up for all the roles I hold and the hats I wear.
I’ve been with my partner for 20 years—he’s my rock and my best friend… and he still manages to piss me off 😊. Together, we’re raising our three rambunctious children and doing our best to manage a full life. When I’m not working or chasing the kids to their endless activities, I love paddleboarding, skiing, trying new restaurants, and going to concerts.
The busyness of life can easily pull us out of connection, and I work hard to stay grounded. Life will never be perfect, but I’m deeply invested in staying connected—to myself, my partner, and my kids. My friendships and extended family are a huge source of adventure and joy. And getting to connect with motivated, insightful clients? That’s the cherry on top.
This IS my heart’s work. It is an honor and a privilege to be on the journey with each one of my clients. Getting to stand by someone who feels proud of themself after a long period of self loathing is inspiring.
If you’re ready to reconnect and begin again, I’m here to help you get rooted.
