As an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Mia Groedel is driven by a commitment to guide individuals, families, couples, and children through conflict resolution, fostering deeper self-awareness and mutual understanding so they can realize their fullest potential.
Mia offers expert care for a range of challenges, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, attachment issues, depression, and anxiety. She is dedicated to designing customized therapeutic plans that meet the unique needs of every client.
For more than three years, Mia Groedel has provided consistent, attuned support to children, families, and primary caregivers. She incorporates specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Play Therapy, operating primarily through an attachment-centered framework. This approach helps clients gently explore new viewpoints and access their innate inner wisdom.
Mia views the therapeutic journey as a holistic experience, recognizing that true healing is influenced by the connection between our physical well-being, our relationships, and the personal narratives we hold. Through a process of gentle inquiry and thoughtful mediation, she facilitates greater clarity, stronger connection, and significant personal growth.
While her foundational experience lies in child and family services, Mia is increasingly passionate about helping couples. She integrates the structured Gottman Method with effective somatic (body-centered) tools to assist partners in assessing their dynamic, achieving profound understanding, and moving forward both individually and as a unit.
Ultimately, Mia's central objective is to help clients discover a true sense of belonging—to themselves, to their loved ones, and within supportive communities. Mia Groedel, LCSW
