I’m a therapist who works with people who find themselves in an uncomfortable moment of change—career shifts, creative blocks, identity transitions, grief thresholds, migration experiences, relationship changes, and the whispering questions that surface when life no longer feels like it fits. My approach attempts to bridge emotion and intellect as I believe the best therapeutic change occurs when I can support clients in balancing meaning-making with embodied awareness. My job is to support you in alchemizing your suffering into something tolerable, maybe even something transformational.

I bring a creative, humorous, and matter-of-fact lens to my clinical work using a blend of solution-focused, somatic, and storytelling approaches. I draw from existential and experiential modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gestalt, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Hakomi, and Narrative Therapy. I also have additional training in Comprehensive Bereavement Skills from the Center of Loss and Life Transition in Fort Collins, CO. More than any specific approach, I am guided by a deep curiosity and respect for the inherent complexity of being human.
I often work with bicultural individuals, creative entrepreneurs, diverse professionals, new parents, queer folks, and sensitive souls who value action, depth and self-understanding. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking a greater sense of clarity—a desire to reconnect with their own wisdom and to take values-aligned action in their lives. I view therapy as a sacred witnessing of life’s inherent, cyclical nature—the ways in which we meet death and rebirth with an increasing capacity for courage, kindness and tenacity.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked and volunteered extensively in nonprofits contributing to efforts like affordable housing for multigenerational families, culinary education for refugee children, fresh food access for children and families residing in “food deserts”, and wildlife protections for endangered species. I hold a master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver and am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in Colorado.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy exploring new ideas, singing silly songs, spending time in nature with my family, and writing stand-up.
