I support women, men, parents, non-binary folks and teen girls through seasons of stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. My work centers on helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom, heal past wounds, and step more fully into their authentic and whole selves. My deepest passion lies in working with women in the perinatal population — those preparing for birth or postpartum, navigating infertility or loss, healing from birth trauma, or facing the everyday challenges of parenthood. I help mothers move through the profound transformation of matrescence with compassion, resilience, and joy. I also walk alongside partners and parents as they navigate stress and change, parenting challenges and strive to create deeper connections within their families. Finally, I support teen girls as they develop self-esteem, process big emotions, and form a grounded sense of identity — work that feels especially meaningful to me as I raise two daughters of my own.
