My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted—a place where you're not defined by your struggles, and can fully show up as your authentic self.

I have experience working with teens & adults facing challenges related to life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, identity exploration, and issues specific to the LGBTQIA+ community. My style is non-judgmental, authentic, and balanced with humor, as I seek to empower my clients to tap into their innate ability to heal and grow.
