I’m a licensed professional counselor with over 8 years of experience. I see clients in my Platt Park office and offer virtual sessions for clients throughout Colorado. I work with women who seem like they’ve got it all together on the outside but feel anxious, insecure, or overwhelmed in their relationships.

In therapy, I take a humanistic and integrative approach. I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore who you are, what you want, and how to build the relationships and life you deserve. Together, we’ll look at patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while developing practical strategies to manage anxiety, boost self-confidence, and navigate challenges.

My work is relational and aligned to your unique experiences around attachment, self-esteem, and relationship dynamics. I help you challenge unhelpful patterns, reconnect with yourself, and make intentional choices in your relationships and personal growth.
